4.     Sneeze or cough into a tissue or bent elbow.

5.     Frequent handwashing with soap and water or hand sanitizer.

Since students need to be picked up when they become ill at school we need CURRENT telephone numbers.   Please inform the school office of any change in your telephone number(s) so we can contact you when needed.

Allergy symptoms

While these symptoms are irritating there is no reason for your child to stay home unless there is fever or other health concerns.

Talk with your child's doctor to see if allergy medicine is appropriate for your child.

Tips to help reduce symptoms

Shower/shampoo every night before bed as pollen can collect on your skin and in your hair

Keep house and car windows closed as much as possible to reduce the amount of pollen coming in the house and car.

Vacuum and dust at least once a week to reduce the amount of pollen in the house.

Thank you in advance for working with us to keep students and staff healthy and in school.
